ok so I havent yet photos up of the house - I have been too lazy (or busy) to take any. But I will....just don't know when :)

Our extensions are coming along really well. Muzz is a master builder and I am so proud of what he has achieved on his own :) All the bricks are laid and he is in the final stage of putting up roof trusses. I will post some photos tomorrow. It is very exciting to see the progress.

I am loving my job at Bunnings. I am on the trade desk and learning lots of new things. Giving my brain a workout for sure. I work with a great bunch of people.

I got creative again today......finally !! After having my mojo on holiday for awhile I knuckled down and created 2 things today. A name plate for a friend who just had a baby and I finally finished my love frame. Both turned out quite well :)

Muzz went to the draftsman again last night to finish off changes to our house plans. Not long now and they will be put into council for approval. Can't wait for our extensions!

On the love frame I used Helmar 2 step crackle medium.....love how it worked out :)

I have been a bit slack and haven't done any scrapbooking this week....have been reading instead. Reading is my other "passion". At the moment I am reading "Shifting Fog" by Kate Morton for my book club. We read a book that one of us has chosen and get together a month later, drink some wine and discuss the book. Great fun.

So....instead of posting what I made this week I will post some pages I did a while ago. Hopefully will get some done over the weekend. "fingers crossed" :) Happy Mothers Day too

Me and Murray....I always feel strange doing pages of myself but I think they need to be done. Not only for myself to be reflective but for my kids.

Welcome

Well, I have started a blog! I have always enjoyed visiting family and friends blogs and learning a little more about them and what makes them tick so......now it's my turn to show people some more about me. Let's hope I continue with this LOL I hope to post some of my fave scrapbook pages, cards and maybe some fave photos too.

Today I am home alone as the kids went back to school today after nearly 2 1/2 weeks on holidays. I am a mother to 2 - Tiffany 12 and Jaxon 8. My darling husband is in Kalgoorlie at the moment for work. I have been married to Murray for 11 years. So the house is quiet (I love it)
